Just now read an article about this phenomenon here in Norway http:\/\/www.nrk.no\/nyheter\/distrikt\/more_og_romsdal\/1.6849767 Some funny comments, and I must admit that I agree with the ones saying &#8220;This is nothing else but pure fun&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Shoefiti#Shoes_hung_from_overhead_wires_.28.22shoefiti.22.2\">Wikipedia<\/a> has more about it, and the movie &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=1v4ZLwevXAI&amp;feature=player_embedded\">Wag The Dog<\/a>&#8221; also has a reference to it (Skip to 2:10 in the clip and watch \ud83d\ude42 ).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Plenty of shoes seen hanging on wires around in Oslo.
