{"id":3216,"date":"2010-05-03T18:46:44","date_gmt":"2010-05-03T18:46:44","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2026-04-18T22:54:16","modified_gmt":"2026-04-18T22:54:16","slug":"das-boot-visting-oslo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hellem.org\/wblog\/?p=3216","title":{"rendered":"Das Boot visting Oslo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Saturday me and Anders took the subway and got of at the Central Station and walked over to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.operaen.no\/\">the Opera<\/a>, to let him run around and let me have a look at the German submarine <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Type_212_submarine\">U-33<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"image_block\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hellem.org\/blog\/media\/blogs\/new\/2010\/05\/dasboot.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hellem.org\/blog\/media\/blogs\/new\/2010\/05\/dasboot.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"320\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Together with the submarine you can also see two other German boats, the tugboat <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Wangerooge_class_tug\">A1452 Spiekeroog<\/a> and the mine hunter <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Frankenthal_class_mine_hunter\">Datteln<\/a>. All the details to be found in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dagbladet.no\/2010\/04\/30\/nyheter\/innenriks\/nato\/ubat\/11514536\/\">article from Dagbladet<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Must say I thought the submarine should be bigger, my cell phone camera did not manage to capture it any good all the way from the Opera.<\/p>\n<p>And here a follow up from <a href=\"\/blog\/index.php\/2010\/03\/03\/lovely-day-for-a-bike-ride?blog=6\">my post<\/a> from the 3&#8217;rd of March this year, about the house being teared down.
