The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist&#8230;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8230;and the wise man was former President Eisenhower. I guess he had his bad sides he as all others, but the statement above was indeed remarkable foreseen. To bad that today the influence of the military-industrial complex is just there Eisenhower did not want it to be. Seems to me that Senator John McCain (R) <a href=\"http:\/\/mccain.senate.gov\/\">http:\/\/mccain.senate.gov\/<\/a> is one of the few republicans able to be as wise as needed.
