On Sunday I participated in Nordmarka Rundt<\/a>, almost 150km from \u00c5rvoll via Sollih\u00f8gda, Jevnaker, Nittedal and back to \u00c5rvoll<\/a>. Did the race together with my friend Bendik, and the combination of quality time with good a friend and hours on the bike in nice weather is just super!<\/p>\n

Quite happy with race as well, we did not race full speed all the time, but did many kilometers together with Rye Lill40 and later with L\u00f8renskog CK confirming that I’m prepared for Trans Germany in two weeks. Off course, I could always be even more prepared, but…good enough. Ended up with the time 4:19. Then when finished we enjoyed the baguette and coca cola handed to the racers, and then when at home Elin had made cinnamon buns finishing up a very good day just perfectly.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
