Must admit that I fast forwarded some of the songs, not the best choice for interval training.<\/p>\n<div class=\"image_block\"><a href=\"http:\/\/hellem.org\/blog\/media\/blogs\/new\/2013\/10\/thestrokes.jpg?mtime=1381005271\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/hellem.org\/blog\/media\/blogs\/new\/2013\/10\/thestrokes.jpg?mtime=1381005271\" width=\"218\" height=\"218\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Also upgraded my gym, bought a big clock when in Sweden. It is synced using radio signals from an atomic watch somewhere in Germany.
