We served dinner and dessert, when I was about to finish the dessert &#8211; home-made fruit soup I use <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Flour\">Potato Flour<\/a>. Bendik then asked if I had tried to make shear thickening fluid out of water and potato fluid. I had never done that, since I did not even know what it was. So, we had to try. So with the perfect mix of potato flour and water you get a fluid which makes the spoon goes smoothly through it if you stir slowly, but if you do it fast the spoon almost gets stuck.<\/p>\n<p>Funny, but not sure how to use this in real life \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<div class=\"image_block\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/hellem.org\/pic\/2008\/11\/dilatant.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"480\" \/><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday Bendik and Line visited us.
