Exploring the neighbourhood

Yesterday I decided to explore Lunderåsen. Not the best place for a run due to forestry work done there last winter. A lot of branches and ruts to pass, but give it a year or two and it should be fine again.

At the northern end of Lunderåsen, view towards Sæterhøgda.

At Sæterhøgda, the terrain was execellent for running here.

Down from Sæterhøgda, at the start of the road Trollkjørkeveien.

Almost at home, on the fields behind Logn.

The whole route tracked at Sportstracker http://www.sports-tracker.com/workout/rhellem/567e7c6ee4b0e7ef03730a30

Marcus & Martinus in concert

Yesterday at Bjørkelangen, Marcus & Martinus in concert…

The fans…hopefully they will consider this as the icing on the cake and we can get on with our lives without the constant nagging of playing Marcus and Martinus every time when driving the car and let me decide what music to play.

Travelling to Lakselv

Leaving home yesterday in very nice wather. Very much fog, created some incredible scenery when passing Fetsund towards Lillestrøm. The iPhone camera is not capable of catching the light how it really was, but you kinda get the understanding I hope

About five hours in Tromsø, a bit less due to pretty much snow casuing a delay for about 40 minutes, but well down my friend Kent picked me up.

And we went to Anna and Andre to visit them, and I got to taste the Juleøl from Mack, a good one!

Departure to Lakselv was 22:15, but it got delayed and we did not leave Tromsø before 23:00, so I had plenty of time to walk around and enjoy Tromsø airport.

Winter at Lakselv, windy and cold.
