A couple of weeks ago I was out doing my duty, restarting a WebSphere Portal server for a customer when I saw this in their building: A pneumatic tube. I do not believe that it was in use today, but I had to take a picture of it. Funny thing, I wanted to try it out 🙂

My short introduction on how to make a good round of waffles, assuming the batter is already prepared.
Make sure the waffle iron is hot enough. My iron is so advanced that is has a green light flashing when ready. Pour batter in the hot waffle iron

When the waffle is a bit done, but still underdone, the iron will lift itself up as the picture is showing. This due to the waffle is swelling.
To make a good solid waffle you then need to apply pressure on the waffle iron, hold for about ten seconds while the waffle makes a sizzling sound.
After a couple of minutes, depending on your iron and how efficient it is…your waffle is done. Size matters, I have the largest they had in the shop! Less trouble eating

They say that an apple a day keeps the doctor away, but this one was way to bitter!!
First we went out to Mecca to eat http://oslopuls.no/restaurant/article1185150.ece Quite ok, but nothing really special. Then it was concert, together with all the kids on the balcony at Sentrum Scene. All tickets downstairs where sold out, so we had to stay there with the kids, drinking lemonade. But it did not matter, since this was the best Bigbang concert I ever have been to, and it was my forth.
Greni’s guitar amp was not to happy, a fuse snapped, and they had trouble getting hold of a new one. So he had to play two songs with acoustic guitar. Did not matter, and when he got his amp to work again he found his extra gear.

We ate pancakes for dinner today, and afterwards I tried to watch That 70’s Show, but I could not, I felt asleep, totally. My phone rang, was not able to answer, the same happened to Elin. What had I put into them?
Today I have updated my blog due to some security issues in my old version. The whole process was quite easy, just had to delete my old stuff and replace it with my new stuff.

Came in early, took a taxi together with Terry. Kind a funny incident at the check in. Two women where working there, both employed by North West Airlines, but quite clearly not working on the same team.
No wonder I was confused! I now have 2 hours until the plane leaves for Detroit, where I will have at the most 46 minutes before my next plane leaves for Amsterdam. Some says it’s enough, some other says…run for your life…time will show.
