Picked it up on my vacation back home, have had it stored there for some years now. Maybe not the music most people remember, but if you listen to it you will recognize it – I promise 🙂 http://www.jimmysomerville.co.uk/

I’ve finished yet another book by Alf R. Jacobsen. Very good indead this one as well. I have done a revaluation of my understanding of what really happened with Tirpitz. The Englishmen did not chase the boat up to Kåfjord, it sailed up to Kåfjord out of tactical reasons.

Yesteday me and Espen went out with our bikes, trying to do the same route we tried last year. The first time we tried we missed our way in an intersection and ended up out in the moor. Yesterday we choosed the right way where we missed it last time, but still managed to miss at another intersection. That caused us to walk with our bikes for at least one hour…doh!! But all good things are three as said in Norwegian…

Yesterday I felt something crawling in my neck, at first I did not manage to get a grip of it, just thought it was a acne, but five minutes later I still could feel it. Managed to get a grip of it, and realized it was a bug. It crawled on my hand, quite ugly. Could not just wash it away, had to remove it…ugly bastard, killed it with brute force and a knife. It was a Hjortelus, also known as elglus, or in latin by the name of Liptena Cervi

Just finished reading the book about Scharnhorst, named Scharnhorst, written by Alf R. Jacobsen. Very interesting, and the precursor to the book about Tirpitz, which will be the next book I will read.
Read more about the book here http://www2.aschehoug.no/lf/aschehougagency/innhold.php?textID=354

On Monday there was one of the worst rainstorms ever, with thunder and lightning. Made a lot of fuzz, it rained in through open windows, and it killed the ISDN-box, the ADSL-router and the wireless router, leaving me with no Internet connection. Made a lot of stress for me yesterday, but I was able to continue on the web course…
This week I am attending the WebSphere ID and Process Server course, held from somewhere in the US. I call in by using Skype, watching the slides by using Sametime Meeting and working with the lab pc using Citrix. Works quite well I must say…
