To early
Got up at six o’clock this morning. Twice a week I try to do the morning spinning at SATS at 06.35, but today it was a bit early for me. When running from my house I realized after about 200 meters that my shoes where no good. The reason – I was wearing some sneakers I’m using when renovaiting the house, they are all covered with paint and such. Dough, but anyhow, no reason to turn back, since I’m not using them when spinning, I then have my SPD cycling shoes.
The next thing, just before I came to SATS I wanted to check the time…no watch, but I was wearing my pulse sensor. No use of wearing the sender when I had forgotten the reciever.
So I had to drop my usual training, and instead do what the instructor told us to. No problem today, since I was late and had to be in front of all the others. Normally I prefer to be in the back, because then I don’t disturb the others with my own traning. People tend to look at me when I’m sitting down when all the others stand up, and visa versa… 🙂
The Wall came down
Helped Petter, toghether with Kjetil and Asbjørn, to tear or rather demolish the wall separating his living room and kitchen. A lot of noice, dust and heavy lifting – we had to carry the brick 3 floors down.

A night out on town
Kent and I had a night out on town yesterday. The first picture showing a guy walking down by Guinerius without any clothes on his upper part of the body.

We also went bowling, and played airhockey. Kent won the bowling with an overwhelming total number of points – 4. He won with 79 over my 75. We both won a round of the airhockey with the same number of points 9 to 3.
We ended up at Gloria Flames http://gloriaflames.no/ wanting to buy Mojitos http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mojito The problem was, they only sold that during the weekends. We bought Captain Morgan Spiced. Earlier we drank Rum and Cola, Fjellbekk and beer. Woke up this morning and felt just fine!
A good thing was that I realized that Danko Jones are playing next Thursday at Rockefeller, cool!!!

Meet my folks
Siri, Jonas and Trude had a quick stop at Oslo S on their way to Lunde. I got to meet them for about an hour. Both Jonas and Trude where impressed since I’m currently working as a consultant for Tine http://www.tine.no, but they could not understand why I did not get any milk by working there 🙂

Kent and I out on town
Kent is in Oslo this week, and staying at our place. Today we have been out on the town. We ate at Mr. Hong and we did not give them any tip. The waiter went crazy and asked why we did not do that – no extra, no extra pay. We went by the cinema but there where no movies we wanted to see. Then we walked by Hennes & Mauritz, bying underwear and jewelry. Then we took the subway to Haugerud and stopped at the local pub. Sad, but true, a lot of people spending their social security there.
