Got up at six o’clock this morning. Twice a week I try to do the morning spinning at SATS at 06.35, but today it was a bit early for me. When running from my house I realized after about 200 meters that my shoes where no good. The reason – I was wearing some sneakers I’m using when renovaiting the house, they are all covered with paint and such. Dough, but anyhow, no reason to turn back, since I’m not using them when spinning, I then have my SPD cycling shoes.
The next thing, just before I came to SATS I wanted to check the time…no watch, but I was wearing my pulse sensor. No use of wearing the sender when I had forgotten the reciever.
So I had to drop my usual training, and instead do what the instructor told us to. No problem today, since I was late and had to be in front of all the others. Normally I prefer to be in the back, because then I don’t disturb the others with my own traning. People tend to look at me when I’m sitting down when all the others stand up, and visa versa… 🙂
