Escape from boredom

When we where driving to Vestlandet for our easter vacation I started singing on “Aagot Stang”. Then, when refueling at Stryn I came across this cd costing only 60,- and I just had to buy it, because of Aagot Stang. We started listening to it, and soon realized that Eldar Vågan has one hell of a talent when it comes to writing lyrics, but also as a composer. Until I bought the cd we both thought that most of the tunes Vazelina plays are cover of more famous tunes but with their own lyrics, but that is not a fact. Eldar Vågan has in fact written quite a lot of tunes as well…

To bad that Viggo Sandvik no longer is vocalist in the band, after 25 years he retired, but before I really discovered them…doh! Read more at http://www.vazelina.no/
