Hellacopters kicking ass at Hove

According to Aftenposten http://oslopuls.no/musikk/article2507723.ece Hellacopters kicked ass at Hove. I’m daily checking their website http://www.hellacopters.com hoping that they soon will release their tour dates in the Nordics for October…

How exhausted was I on Saturday

According to http://www.marathon-photos.com this is me! As I remember it was dark when I passed the finish line and I also had different clothes, but then again, I might be wrong. I’m also having problems remembering that I had breasts…

Todays spam

I usually get about 10 spam messages in my inbox at work each day. Without reading them I just delete them right away, but today I had to check one of them, because the sender was “Jesus” and the subject was “Call me”. Finally a sign from above??

So I opened the message and had a look, strangely enough, the only thing that Jesus wanted was to tell me that I could win at their cool casino called Sta-pro…could it be fake?

btw: I’m turning 35 today

Games with a purpose and the subway today

If you want to try out games with a purpose go to http://www.purposegames.com/ Instead of just jumping over barrels while you shoot bad guys you can instead test your knowledge of countries, cities and more.

Another thing, at the subway today a guy sitting on the other side was obviously talking someone sitting opposite of him. At first I found his way of talking quite strange, I was never sure if he was singing or talking. Then when I had a closer look I realized that he was infact all alone, and he was sitting there singing. Not whole songs, just bits and pieces. Obviously a bit weird. Almost scarry when things like this happens, never sure what to expect of such guys…

Den Store Styrkeprøven

Saturday morning at 07.34 we where 27 guys who started on our bikes towards Oslo from Trondheim. 16 hours and 46 minutes later I passed the finish line in Oslo, after having been all by myself the last 260 kilometers, about 1 1/2 hour behind the rest of my team. All in all I am satisfied, but I must admit I would most of all prefer to be there with the rest of the guys. But, then again, that was part of the plan, better to maybe not be able to keep the pace than go for a “slower” team 🙂

I guess that people who have done this race numerous times can confirm that this year was super. We had about 15-30 minutes of rain between Berkåk and Oppdal, that was all. The wind was blowing right in our face when we passed Dovre, that was hard – but after that was partly cloudy and the wind blowing our way.

At 00.30 the 22’nd of June I said “never again”, but now two days after I’m not able to confirm that…

A rainy day

On Monday I was walking down Karl Johan when the gates of heaven opened and it started raining cats and dogs. Luckily both I and the woman in front of me had umbrellas, but not the guy a bit further ahead. He undressed and with no clothes on his torso he ran towards Grand Hotel.

2 years of hard work now finished at Vestreng

This picture is three years old, available at http://www.norgeibilder.no It shows how much trees it was back then.

If compared with the above picture this one is taken in the down left corner facing upwards.

And this one is taken in the down right corner facing updwards. As you can see plenty of trees are now available as fire wood.

But finished is maybe a bit wrong to say, still all the trees must be chopped to fire wood. And about 400 meters of fencing needs to be done…then – we can let the horses out…

No more space in the dishwasher

Preparing for Mjøsa Rundt on Saturday. Think I had eight bottles in it, but still need to buy more before Styrkeprøven, because I was missing two when I came back home. One was thrown far away, and one was lost among all the others.
