Einarittet 2012

Sunday, Einarittet 2012, first time I participated. Very nice track, perfect as preparation for next week.

Passing the finish line, 1:50, 23 minutes behind the total winner, and pleased.

Terrengsykkelrittet 2012

Saturday, Terrengsykkelrittet 2012 in very nice weather. Legs fine for my 4 hours and 8 minutes, struggled more with the bike and my technique on the single tracks. Struggled with the rear derailleur in the beginning, but was able to adjust it so it functioned just fine. Then I needed some more kilometers in order to be friend with the bike on the single track. After that I had to face the fact that the bike was perfect and that I need to get waaay better on the tracks. Bike being good confirmed here by the way, victory even without any suspension, so not the bike – it was me.

My knees after four hours on the bike.

…and the face…

Something about music

“They Shoot Music”, pretty cool http://theyshootmusic.at/semi-acoustic-video-sessions/ Discovered the webpage while searching for Kaizers Orchestra

And then, this 30 minutes movie about Den Svenske Björnstammen, really do enjoy them!

Nordmarka Rundt – a very nice ride

On Sunday I participated in Nordmarka Rundt, almost 150km from Årvoll via Sollihøgda, Jevnaker, Nittedal and back to Årvoll. Did the race together with my friend Bendik, and the combination of quality time with good a friend and hours on the bike in nice weather is just super!

Quite happy with race as well, we did not race full speed all the time, but did many kilometers together with Rye Lill40 and later with Lørenskog CK confirming that I’m prepared for Trans Germany in two weeks. Off course, I could always be even more prepared, but…good enough. Ended up with the time 4:19. Then when finished we enjoyed the baguette and coca cola handed to the racers, and then when at home Elin had made cinnamon buns finishing up a very good day just perfectly.

Handy SQL

Created this SQL-statement used for one of our JIRA-instances. Needed to get rid of a lot of open sub-tasks where the parent task had been cancelled. The statement also shows usage of inner join and self-join.

 U PDATE jiraissue ji1, jiraissue ji2
INNER JOIN issuelink il
SET ji1.resolution = 9, ji1.issuestatus = 6
WHERE ji1.resolution IS NULL
AND ji1.id = il.destination
AND ji1.issuestatus = 1
AND il.source = ji2.id
AND ji2.resolution = 9;
