Earlier today spinning to Danko Jones “Wild Cat”. Just perfect while training, but do not believe I will play it several times – if listening til Danko I will be playing the old stuff.

My latest book "The DevOps Handbook"
This book is work related “The DevOps Handbook – How to create world-class agility, realiability & security in technolocy organizations”. Provides a broad overview of important DevOps principles and for the first time I do believe that I really have understood what DevOps really means. From the conclusion wrapping up the book I qoute
DevOps requires potentially new cultural and management norms and changes in our technical practives and architecture. This requires a coalition that spans business leadership, product management, development, QA, IT operations, Information security and event marketing where many technology initiatives originate”.
If working with anything IT related to operations, security or development I would recommend reading this book.

Last weekend at Rena
Spent the last weekend at Rena, invited to stay at the cabin (or maybe lodge is more appropriate?) to our friends Hanne and Thomas. Woke up Saturday morning to this view, no need to complain or wait to get out to ski
And Sunday morning, powder alert! And I still got it…while the other ones go straight I do my telemark turns
And the kids really had a good time as well.
Spinning to Johnossi "Blood Jungle"
What to do when I fall asleep together with #3 at 19:00 and Elin wakes me up at 22:30 telling me that I still sleep and needs to prepare for bed (after having tried to wake me up twice). Well, I got up and headed down in the basement to do what I had planned this evening anyhow, some alone quality time on the spinning bike. Listened to the latest album by Johnossi “Blood Jungle”. Good one, served the purpose and I might even listen to it several times while working out (did also listen to the album at work today).
