My latest book “Å lese Lolita i Teheran” by Azar Nafisi, a good follow up to my previous book which also was written by a female from Iran. I would recommend this one as well, as it gave me a valuable view into the daily life of Iran, how the government influences it, and how the citizens tries to cope with the moral police and such. At first I found the book a bit boring, due to all the talk about literature, but I soon realized that it was an important part of the book – the red line.

And “Iran våkner” and this book has been a refreshing opposite viewpoint of Islam compared to “Why I’m not a muslim” ibn_warraq_why_am_i_not_a_muslim
