Escape from boredom

I have successfully updated my blog software from B2Evolution version 0.9.0.12 to version 1.8 RC. I hope by doing this I will stay better prepared in the war against spammers!

The order was not correct, first I read about Scharnhorst, then Tirpitz and at last Bismarck, should have been the other way. Anyhow, very good book, I recommend it DOS

And because of that I have disabled the possibility to comment postings in my blog. I have done it by following this manual http://b2evolution.net/man/2005/03/02/members_only_comments_howto Maybe I will enable it in the future again, but not for now…

A couple a days ago some guy calling himself Jim Burns made a comment on my website http://hellem.org/blog/index.php/new/2006/08/23/alf_r_jacobsen_scharnhorst#c692 Did a search on the Internet and found out that he was for real, so I had to contact Alf R. Jacobsen and tell him about it. Could not find his mailing address, so instead I called him this evening. Had a quick talk, and got his email address, so now I have provided him with all the information. Rblog – connecting people all around the world!!

Got back from work today, made dinner together with Elin and was really looking forward to be eating in front of the tv watching That 70’s show http://www.that70sshow.com/ But what happened, TV2 dropping todays episode and instead they presented me with “Extra, Extra!!!” There was a press conference, the Munch paintings where obviously found and they had to tell us that, sending live from in front of the police station in Oslo, telling us that inside they had a press conference!!!! Stupid, stupid, stupid!!!

I’ve finished yet another book by Alf R. Jacobsen. Very good indead this one as well. I have done a revaluation of my understanding of what really happened with Tirpitz. The Englishmen did not chase the boat up to Kåfjord, it sailed up to Kåfjord out of tactical reasons.

Yesterday I felt something crawling in my neck, at first I did not manage to get a grip of it, just thought it was a acne, but five minutes later I still could feel it. Managed to get a grip of it, and realized it was a bug. It crawled on my hand, quite ugly. Could not just wash it away, had to remove it…ugly bastard, killed it with brute force and a knife. It was a Hjortelus, also known as elglus, or in latin by the name of Liptena Cervi
