Grand opening at Løken
Spending the night at Grøndalen Søndre Gård
Last weekend we where invited to the wedding of Hjørdis and Svein Magnar. The ceremony took place at Trysil Kirke before we headed up to Grøndalen Søndre Gård
where we got to eat a lot of good food, local beverages (Trysil Aquavit and Trysil Pilsner)
Really enjoyable, we had a lot of fun – a party to remember (and make a blog post about)

Elin painting some more. and we have started to level the lawn in front.

First picture is actually not from Wiesbaden, it s from the airport in Frankfurt. For my neighbor I had to take a picture of the BMW i8
Yesterday afternoon before going out to eat dinner I had time for a quick run in the Kurpark
The Kurpark Wiesbaden, which begins immediately behind the Kurhaus (convention and event centre), was designed in 1852 in the style of an English landscape garden. The garden’s foliage includes magnolias, azaleas, rhododendrons and swamp cypresses….

Then we went to the Ratskeller Wiesbaden to have dinner, or to be more specific – to try various German beer. I had both the Bergbock Hell and the Doppelbock Dunkel.
This is the Doppelbock, did enjoy that one the most.
