The boys did pick the apples in our garden, then we slized them up together and made apple lemonade. Really good, but much effort for little result, maybe we should check the ripeness a bit better, hoping for more juicy apples in a week or so.

Nybakkrunden last Saturday
Last Saturday Espen and I attended Nybakkrunden. Here mounting the bikes at the back of the car, all ready to go.
And here after the race. Espen had an accident, another biker simply crashed into him and he got some wounds but nothing seriously. But still, when he was down I did pass him, it was just about 1k after start. After a minute or two he came up to me, we talked, and then he put some more energy to it and … he was gone leaving me with my pride hurt. So now its time to start being a bit more targeted traning. I spent 10 minutes more than 4 years ago, so not happy at all.

Circus Arnardo
Yesterday me and the two oldest ones went to Circus Arnardo.
The boys really had fun, they especially loved the clowns. We all enjoyed the trained animals and the rest, but I must admit that what really impressed me was the Norwegian artist Chris Pettersen doing his slackline/slackrope show. I found the act on Youtube, but I must admit that seeing it live was even more impressing – but well worth spending time watching the video. [video:youtube:yZCpgcuWLC8]
