Brett Anderson did say when he was a guest at Skavlan that he still did believe in the concept of an album, not just single songs. So to follow up I have now listened to Suedes new album Night Thoughts. Enjoyable, but not totally my cup of tea.

Ice rainbow

Cross country-skiing at Løken this weekend
Enjoying what might be, but hopefully not, the last pieces of good skiing where we live. Had to go late to the shop yesterday, when I saw someone in the lighte cross-country skiing track down at Løken. So I just went straight home and picked up the skis and headed right back for my first time doing cross-country skiing in….at least two years, possibly more… (not good). And then back this evening as well. The weather forecast is no good for skiing, so maybe once more tomorrow, but then the rain will come and all is gone.

Tunsjøen Bitter
Last weekend, enjoying some time alone, watching Game of Thrones and enjoying Tunsjøen Bitter, limited edition for the lucky few chosen ones. Enjoyed both the episode and the beer, even have more episodes recorded and one more bottle to look forward to.

This seasons forest tending project
On Saturday I started this winters forest tending project. The first day was spent just to make way for the tractor which was pretty much work, a lot of small trees that I needed to get out of the way
The red dot showing how far I got before I had to turn around. For those who know the area, the brown dot to the left is the water tower, Vanntårnet.
Baking bread with a slight taste of beer
Had three bottles of Tuborg in the cellar which I knew that I never would drink
Confirmed by the date, they have been downstairs for a while, but still, no issue when baking bread. Made them taste even better.
