Västanå Theater and the Alma Löv Museum

Friday, together with Elin, Margit and Sveinung, we went to Sunne to see the theater Anna Svärd based on the book with the same name by Selma Lagerlöf. On Satyrday we then went to The Alma Löv Museum (of unexpexted art). Both events was a totally new experience for me..

Outside, with several installations.

This one I could relate to, the Massey Fergusson-logo.

…and yes, it was hot, all the time…

Been there, done that: Legoland

Good thing that we did not go there in the high sesason, that’s for sure.

Legoland, a lot of fun for the kids, but also some fun for the parents as well. I must admit that the “Ice Pilot School”, the robocoaster ride was a lot of fun!! I did actually make as much noice as the guy in the video below, it was that much fun!

Running on the west coast beach of Denmark

First day of vacation in Denmark – Sunday the 24’th of June – got up early and headed out for a run on the beach. After about 30 minutes I saw some windmills in the far distance and decided to run all the way to them, the three windmills at Hvide Sande. A bit boring to run on the beach, but then again, you really get to excercise your mental stamina by just keep on running even if all you see is just sand and the sea. But, running on the sand was gentle to my legs so that was a good thing.

The wind was quite strong that day, so when down at Hvide Sande I did go all the way out on the breakwater to watch the waves occasionally showering the rocks. I did hide behind the light at the tip of the breakwater to avoid getting wet all the time when I spotted this boat that did give the waves a taste, but decided to turn around and go back to the safety of the Ringkøbing fjord.

Not that big waves today, but if hit by the shower you would get soaking wet.

Up north on the beach, where I would now run towards Søndervig where we stayed.

24 K, and only 50 metres ascending/descending…
