Beware of MSN-phising

Yesterday I was chatting with a friend when all of a sudden he went off line for a while, then came back online. When he did I received a link to a site {his name}.b4ng.info. The page has a look and feel as the picture shows. I found it a bit suspicious, and did not provide my uid/pwd, but instead tried to google the address. Found nothing that could provide me with more information, so I sent an email to Microsoft here in Norway. Got the response earlier today and they told me to stay away – this is a phising-site. Luckily I’m paranoid!!

Read more about this at

I would also suggest if you are able to do it that you block those addresses in your router at home if you have kids using MSN!

Mjøsa Rundt yesterday

Yesterday we did Mjøsa Rundt which is 225 kilometers around … Mjøsa… the largest lake in Norway. We managed to do it almost at our target which was 5.59, we did it in 6.00.59. A hard day because it was temperature was already above 17 degrees Celsius at 08.00, and 27 degrees at 14.00 when we passed the finish line. I almost got cramps when we passed Moelv, but luckily it passed away.

I did by the way pass 3000 kilometers on my bike last week…

Max Manus – Det vil helst gå godt

My latest book is written by the Norwegian WW2 hero Max Manus. This is the story about the years before the war and from when the war started up to about 1943. He tells about his military career. As said here http://arkiv.poeten.no/default.aspx?pID=5&aID=80314 the book is not well written, apart from obvious typos the language is his own, written like he spoke. It is important to remember that the book was written just after the war, if that is not taken to consideration the book is … not a good one.

I must admit that I did not get the feeling of reading the story of a great war hero. He was brave without no doubt, but sometimes thanks to the bootle of whiskey. And talking about whiskey, there are many stories from various bars in the book…

As I remember it, it must have been Svein Blindheim http://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Svein_Blindheim who said that the members of Company Linge agreed that they would not write their memoirs until after the treason trials where finished. Max Manus did not follow this agreement and wrote the book and published it without telling anyone else…why would I then ask?

And at the end, referring to Hans Petter

This weekend – Hafjell

This weekend I joined “17-timer’n”, the 17 hours team on their training weekend to Hafjell. We started yesterday at nine o’clock and headed up to Hafjell. From Minnesund we took of towards Feiring, Skreia and Gjøvik, following next weekeds track for “Mjøsa Rundt”. Then at Lillehammer we turned up to Hafjell where we stayed at Quality Hotell. Today we took the other side of Mjøsa back home today, following the rest of the track for Mjøsa Rundt, and this off course applies for Styrkeprøven as well.

A very good weekend, a bit more than 400 kilometers all in all, about 15 hours on the bike with low pulse. That was good because it has been much training the past weeks. Next Sunday it is Mjøsa Rundt, 225 kilometers, the final test before Styrkeprøven. The weather forecast predicts very high tempratures, which can be a challenge.

I go bicycle riding….

We went to visit Pia and Arve yesterday and stayed there for one night. I brought my bike so today I went bicycle riding home from Tønsberg. Due to the road work in the tunnels on the highway, E18, I did not want to cycle along the road from Holmestrand with its heavy traffic. So instead I cycled to Horten, took the ferry to Moss and went along the road passing Elvestad, Enebakk and Rælingen. All in all 115 kilometers, passing three county’s: Vestfold, Østfold and Akershus.

Somewhere between Ringvold and Elvestad I also spotted an elk only 10 meters from the road. It ignored me totally, instead it stood there eating.

Wonderland – The Sountrack

We did watch the movie Wonderland, telling the story about the Wonderland Murders http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wonderland_Murders where John Holmes, the old porno star, was involved some way or the other. The music is from the early 80’s and late 70’s, some of it really good, and therefore I bought the album right away.

Startnr

…only crappy clothes. Did Lillehammer – Oslo yesterday, also know as Lille Styrkeprøven http://www.styrkeproven.no. Started with Sportsklubben Rye and had no problem to hang in there all the way to Minnesund. Then I really had to take a piss, so I was not able to catch them up, but that did not matter because then I had to really struggle to keep the pace. Up until then it was not hard, just wet – wet – wet, but from Minnesund I felt the hla http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_leukocyte_antigen flooding in my legs. I passed the finishing line at the time of 5.25 – quite happy with that one. There results are available here http://results.ultimate.dk/live/front/index.php?e=422&t=www&l=no

And my car passed 60.000 kilometers yesterday when Elin was on sightseeing at Hedmark, Hurdal and Jessheim 🙂

Syklist

I’ve had it!!!!

I totally hate Oslo Sporveier. I came back from Leikanger today, took the train to Oslo S and arrived at Jernbanetorget subway station at 19.41, just one minute before the subway was supposed to head for Ellingsrudåsen, line 2. But – no, they have now started with the summer schedule, so from 19.00 the subway is only passing by every half hour. BASTARDS!!!!

Where can I sign up on a “I hate summer schedules”?? I got no seat because there where no free seats, in the evening, how stupid are the people managing Oslo Sporveier. Holiday schedules, now??? In July ok, but now, f#¤# them!!

Others are frustrated as well http://skriblerier.net/blogg/399/
