Siri, Jonas and Trude had a quick stop at Oslo S on their way to Lunde. I got to meet them for about an hour. Both Jonas and Trude where impressed since I’m currently working as a consultant for Tine http://www.tine.no, but they could not understand why I did not get any milk by working there 🙂

Kent is in Oslo this week, and staying at our place. Today we have been out on the town. We ate at Mr. Hong and we did not give them any tip. The waiter went crazy and asked why we did not do that – no extra, no extra pay. We went by the cinema but there where no movies we wanted to see. Then we walked by Hennes & Mauritz, bying underwear and jewelry. Then we took the subway to Haugerud and stopped at the local pub. Sad, but true, a lot of people spending their social security there.

I read in Dagens Næringsliv that the US economy is restrained by to many people getting to heavy. This again causing a lot of expences in the health department. In fact, USA is getting four kilogram fatter for each second…tick, tock, tick, tock, tick, tock = 12 kilo!!!

Yesterday my uncle Ole and aunt Kari came to visit us and they brought a present. A flowerpot with an operating manual. Things are starting to get quite complicated theese days I must say http://evasolo.dk/products-flowerpot.html

I have made blueberry cup cakes, or that would be normal, white cup cakes with the powder from blueberry soup in it. The color is quite funny, not quite blue, more blue greyis…looking forward to taste them 🙂

Went to see “The Devil Wears Prada” togheter with Elin and my mother. If I say that Meryl Streep is a very good acctress and that’s the reason for the movie being soo funny I would not tell the whole truth, it was really funny (on a saturday evening, doing nothing else 🙂 ). http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0458352/

Earlier today we drove past Havaristen http://www.miko-trading.no/ Not much to buy, but at least I got many pairs of new socks. Always funny to see all the stuff they have there.
